What material is the capsule made from?
The capsule is made from cellulose and is therefore vegan.

How much curcumin do the capsules contain?
Each capsule contains 428 mg curcumin which is extracted from turmeric powder using a delicate extraction method. Regular turmeric powder contains about 2–3% curcumin.

When is the best time to take the capsule?
We recommend taking it with a main meal.
