Shipping charges

• Up to an invoice value of 49,99 €, we charge EUR 3,90 shipping costs. For orders of 50 Euro and above, shipping is free. 

Duties and import charges

When shipping to non EU countries, customs duties and import taxes may become due. These charges are not included in our prices and it is up to the customer to pay these charges. Please inquiry with your local customs authority before ordering. 

 

Delivery time

Orders are being shipped latest on the following working day adter we have received the order. (In case of cash advance as payment option, goods are being dispatched within 48 hours from receipt of payment(. 

The regular delivery time for the parcel to arrive is

• within Germany 1-2 working days
• to Switzerland 2-4 working days
• for the rest of Europe 3-7 working days.
