Shipping policy
Shipping countries
We currently ship orders to the following countries
- Germany
- all EU countries
- Norway and Switzerland
If you would like delivery to a country not listed here, please contact us in advance.
Shipping location
Orders from Germany, Austria and Switzerland are shipped by our logistics partner in Germany via DHL.
Orders from all other countries are shipped from Portugal.
Shipping costs
- Up to a gross order value of €49.99, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €3.90. From a gross order value of €50.00, we ship free of charge.
Customs duties and import charges
When shipping to non-EU countries, additional costs such as customs duties and import taxes may be incurred upon import. The customer alone is responsible for such costs. Please inform yourself about the applicable import regulations in your country before placing an order.
Delivery time
Orders are dispatched no later than the next working day after receipt of the order (in the case of prepayment, after receipt of payment).
The regular delivery time is
- within Germany 1-2 working days
- to Switzerland 2-4 working days
- to other EU countries 3-7 working days
Delivery service
- For the Hamburg, Hannover and Bremen regions, your order is shipped by the company TM Parcel.
- For all other regions, shipping is carried out by DHL.
