How do I sign in?

Click “Sign in” and enter your email address. We send you a 6-digit code – no password needed. “Continue with Shop” is only an extra option if you use the Shop app.

Do my previous orders count?

Stamps are given for every order from the start of the loyalty card.

Do orders from Shop Apotheke or Amazon count?

No, only orders in our own online shop earn stamps.

How do I redeem my voucher?

With 6 stamps you receive a personal voucher worth 19.90 € – the price of a tub. You see it on your card and by email; enter it at checkout with your next order. It is independent of our free gift from 49 €: you get both.

Do my stamps expire?

Only if you do not order for 12 months. We remind you beforehand.

Do free gifts earn stamps?

No – free gifts do not earn stamps, nor does a tub paid for with a voucher.

Stamps count for orders in our online shop from the start of the programme. Free gifts do not earn stamps, nor does a tub paid for with a voucher. Stamps expire after 12 months without an order.
