Can a keto protein replace a full meal?
Keto Protein is not a complete meal replacement as it contains no added vitamins and minerals. As part of a diet, however, you can easily replace one meal a day with a keto protein shake. We recommend the shake for breakfast.

Do the keto protein shake fill you up?
Yes, thanks to its creamy consistency, a keto protein shake is particularly fast and filling for a long time. Since the shake also contains next to no carbohydrates, the body does not react with increased release of insulin. This way you can avoid food cravings.

No. Keto Protein contains milk, whey and egg protein and is therefore not vegan.
