Glucomannan is a starch-like substance that is extracted from the Asian konjac plant. As an essential component of this plant, which is also known as Amorphophallus konjac, glucomannan is nowadays frequently used to specifically support a desired weight reduction. In the Asian region, on the other hand, the root is used in a similar way to starch to make certain foods (for example glass noodles). When is the best time to take the capsules?

The capsules should be taken about 45 minutes before a meal to reduce the feeling of hunger.

Important! The capsules should always be taken with at least 500 ml of water, otherwise constipation can occur.

Can the capsules be taken over a longer period of time?

Yes, the capsules can be taken permanently without any problems. However, the daily consumption of 3 grams of glucomannan should not be exceeded.
