Zinc Natural
Zinc - the all-rounder among the trace elements
Zinc is a mineral that belongs to the essential trace elements, i.e. it is vital for the body. Although the human organism only needs zinc in small quantities, it cannot produce it by itself, which is why sufficient intake through food or high-quality food supplements is absolutely necessary. Zinc plays an important role in the function of about 300 enzymes of the cell metabolism and is therefore indispensable for many processes in our body.
Thus, zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, nails and bones. In addition, the trace element plays an important role in the function of the immune system, fertility and a functioning acid-base metabolism - to name just a few examples of the importance of zinc. Especially when there is an increased need for zinc, as is the case with athletes, pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers, an adequate zinc supply should be ensured so that a deficiency does not occur. But vegetarians and vegans should also keep a close eye on their zinc supply: Because they consume a lot of phytic acid in their vegetable diet, which forms an insoluble compound with zinc. This means that the zinc is not available to the body.
Natural Zinc completely dispenses with the fillers and additives known from other manufacturers. Our vegan cellulose capsules contain pure buckwheat extract - nothing else. Buckwheat extract is particularly rich in zinc and thus offers a 100 percent natural source of the valuable mineral. With just one capsule per day, you supply your body with 25 mg of zinc.
