OPC and resveratrol - the full power of the grape

OPC is the power substance from the seeds of the red grape. Our OPC Ultimate capsules contain 350 mg grape seed extract per capsule with an OPC content of 95 % (analysed according to the Bate Smith method). The extract is obtained from sun-drenched French grapes and is also produced in Europe. However, red grapes contain many more valuable ingredients than just OPC. OPC Ultimate capsules therefore contain an extract from red grapes in addition to OPC, which contains the complete spectrum of active plant substances from the grape. These include flavonoids and polyphenols.

One of the most important ingredients is resveratrol. Resveratrol belongs to the polyphenols and is the substance that the plant produces when it is under stress, e.g. when attacked by pests. OPC Ultimate capsules contain 30 mg resveratrol per capsule. So why settle for OPC when you can also get the full power of the whole grape for yourself.

OPC capsules are vegan and contain no additives. The capsules are naturally alcohol-free.

Where do the grape seeds for the product come from?

We only use grape seeds from French red grapes. The extraction is also carried out in Europe using a particularly gentle process that does not damage the ingredients.

Why is the information on the OPC content so different?

There are various analysis methods for determining the OPC content, all of which show different results. According to the best-known "Bate-Smith" method, the extract we use has an OPC content of 95%. The HPLC method gives a value of slightly over 50%. To date, no uniform standard has been established. That is why we always give both values ​​for our product.

What is the difference between the OPC and OPC Ultimate capsules?

OPC Ultimate capsules contain, in addition to the OPC, resveratrol, which is obtained from the extract of fermented grapes. Resveratrol is one of the polyphenols and is considered to be the substance responsible for the "French paradox". The French paradox describes the apparent contradiction between a high-fat and high-alcohol diet with a very low rate of cardiovascular diseases.

Can I take the capsules for a longer period of time?
