Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver orders to Germany, all EU countries as well as Norway and Switzerland.

 

How much are the shipping costs?

Up to a gross value of € 49.99, the shipping costs are € 3.90. From € 50.00 gross goods value we deliver free of charge!

How long does the delivery take?

Orders from Germany and Austria are sent by our logistics partner from Germany. The delivery time here is 1-2 days.

Orders from all other countries are shipped from Portugal. Deliveries within Portugal are usually delivered the next working day. The delivery time to other countries is 3-5 days.

 

Money back guarantee - how does it work?

If you are not satisfied with a product, you have the option of returning it product to us within up to 180 days after the purchase date. After receipt of the goods in proper condition, we will refund the purchase price. You can find out more here.

What payment options are there?

You can pay by credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Sofort bezahlen mit Klarna or by bank transfer. 

Are your products vegan?

Majority of our products are vegan. However, some products also contain animal ingredients such as the Omega 3 fish oil capsules or our glucosamine / chondroitin capsules. You will find detailed information on each product in the specific product description.

What if I have trouble swallowing the capsules? Can I open the capsules?

We use push-fit capsules for most of our products. These can be opened easily so that the powder content can be stirred in a drink.

For capsules with a liquid filling, such as Omega 3 capsules this is not possible.

How do you control the quality of your products?

All of our products are produced in Germany by certified manufacturers who work according to internationally recognized standards such as HACCP and GMP. All products are constantly checked both during and after production in order not to cause any problems that may arise.

The raw materials used also come exclusively from certified manufacturers and are constantly checked.

As additional security, we have our products checked regularly by an independent laboratory.

Who do you ship orders with?

Our orders are sent by DHL.

What happens if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

If the delivery carrier cannot deliver the parcel because nobody is at home, he will leave a message in the mailbox with the details of where you can collect the parcel. You will then have 7 days to collect it. After that period of time the package will be sent back to us.
