Green Coffee Capsules

Green coffee refers to the unroasted, raw coffee beans of the coffee plant. During the classic roasting process, many natural plant compounds are lost – in the raw bean they are still fully present. The raw coffee bean contains around 800 different constituents – including B vitamins, amino acids, caffeine and secondary plant compounds such as chlorogenic acid.

Chlorogenic acid is the characteristic plant compound of the green coffee bean. It is largely destroyed during the roasting process – which is why it is hardly found in regular roasted coffee. Our capsules are standardized to 50% chlorogenic acid – a particularly high level. Cheap competing products often contain only 10–30% chlorogenic acid. When buying, always look for the standardized content.

Green coffee tastes nothing like roasted coffee. In terms of flavor, it is more reminiscent of green tea or herbal tea – mild, slightly tart, without the typical roasted notes. Since the raw bean is extremely hard, it is specially ground and processed. With our capsules, you avoid the somewhat acquired taste completely.

You will find the intake recommendation on the tub. Since green coffee contains natural caffeine, it is best taken in the morning or at midday – not too late in the day, so as not to disturb your sleep.
